Richmond Community Centre has HALL HIRE vacancies for you.

HALL 1: Holds 50-60 people and has a kitchen with a dishwasher, sink, urn, commercial oven & hotplates, a fridge and loads of bench space. This hall has vertical blinds on all windows and doors, ceiling fans, air-conditioning & heating.

Costs:

CASUAL USERS:

Non-profit making organisations—$15.00 per hour

Profit making organisations—$18.00 per hour

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS:

Hall Hire—$200.00

Crockery & Glass Hire—$50.00

Refundable Bond—$200.00

Refundable Key Deposit—$35.00

Use of tables, chairs & kitchen are included in the above price.

Tables and Chairs are available for hire for functions/parties held at other venues at the rate of:

$1.50 per chair, $5.00 a table

We can also offer small offices for rent.
